IMPORTANT: COVID-19 changes

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, for everyone's safety and to reduce the possible spread of the virus, our protocols for seeing patients has changed.  The below may change at any time.

If the owner, or anyone in contact with the pet, is sick, may be sick, is in quarantine, or has been diagnosed with COVID-19, you are kindly asked to not make an appointment at this time.

If all in contact with the pet are healthy, an appointment can be made.  Clients should remain in their vehicles and call our office at 914-674-4141 upon arrival.  Please make sure you have a working cell phone with you; keep it on and available to receive calls.  You will get a call back when it is your turn.

You may choose to remain in your vehicle for the appointment, or one person may enter with the patient.  Properly worn face masks are required for entry into the building, and you are kindly asked to remain socially distanced from others at all times.   Staff may be wearing masks, gloves, and/or other personal protective equipment.  Please note that there is limited capacity in the waiting room.

We have increased our cleaning frequency of the entire clinic and especially high-touch areas, which are getting disinfected many times daily.  In addition, as per CDC and local guidelines, sick employees are asked to not come to work.  Healthy employees that do come to work are wearing masks, social distancing when possible, and having their temperatures checked multiple times a day.

We look forward to the definitive end of the COVID-19 pandemic and a healthier, more stable time for all in the future.
